  1. Image 1: Great use of colour. Perfect timing. Sharp. Lighting is missing something. Feel like I’m ‘nit-picking’. I see your background edit too. This is a technique you should explain. You’re very good at this.
Image 2: Such an evocative image (look it up). Great treatment in Lightroom (it is the BEST). Good comp and clarity.
Image 3: This image is so powerful. I really want to explore this technique. I hope you took a lot of shots and really mixed up your perspectives. Explain.
Image 4: Ha! Great humour. Nice to have willing volunteers. Try getting closer. On second thought maybe zoom in a bit more (Ha! a funny!). So many ways to do this shot. Very good concept.
Image 5: Lacks a bit of clarity. 1/13 sec to get water to ‘flow’ leaves subject trying to stand very still. Love the pose/comp. You can feel the water.
Image 6: Webster falls in Hamilton. 1/4 sec exposure (check out the leaves) makes the water flow. It’s water.

Image 2: This is insane. I love the creativity that everyone can make with just one word. I can’t stop staring, love the whole idea, lips parted, water droplets, the “sickly” pale look! I think you should submit it to 1X.com. 4 thumbs up 🙂

Olivia I agree that this idea should be posted to 1X. but not the exact photo. try again only pay a bit more attention to the background. i think if this photo had a bit more unity within its lines and background colour it could be a stellar photo. not that it isnt already! Great work!

image 1 – very cool, esspecially becuase its done without a studio. also cool colours.
image 2 – umm its a bit creepy?? different style, i think it would be cool if her lips were red. good compostition for sure.
image 3 – it is also interesting…i can’t really tell what is of which makes it intreeging.
image 4 – haha good use of water, but i too would like to see a closer up shot…to see the espression on this persons face.
image 5 – love Love LOVE! so good. where the heck are there even waterfalls around here!? composition great, colours great, girls expression wonderful.
image 6 – also very good compostition, but if anything its missing something…like a focal poitn or seomthing, maybe it needs to be closer up.

Image 1- Really love the colours 🙂 great timing too. I noticed the background edit as well. Not really sure this says water to me because it’s not completely transparent like water.
Image 3- I realllllyy like the idea of this and the abstract feeling it has. I would love to see other photos from this shoot.
Image 4- I agree that getting a little closer would really improve this. I love the idea and the sense of irony it has. Could probably be sharper as well.
Image 5- Awesome idea. Awesome composition. Love the expression 🙂
Image 6- Beautiful 🙂 don’t really know what to say haha it’s a solid shot.
