The Hills of Olmue


Thanks to Americo and David I was able to get to a high, dark location at about 1:00am. This is what we saw:

Captions wouldn’t do the spectacular awe and profound minuteness I felt justice. The universe is incomprehensibly large. And beautiful.

These were all shot off a tripod using a cable release with the D800. 14mm focal length; 25sec/f2.8/ISO1600. RAW.

We’re home now. A country, and people, that linger in the mind like memories of home.
