Day 7 and 8: Waterton and Hwy 40

My neck hurts. Sore from trying to get my eyes on everything that passes us as we drive down the road. So beautiful.

Left the city and headed south to Waterton National Park. The mountains warp your sense of scale, so much bigger than your mind can comprehend.

Cold at night! 7ºC. Need to buy another blanket. Mid 20’sºC during the day.

Currently sitting in Canmore, Alberta sipping a tea at Starbucks so I can use their wifi.

Surrounded by mountains.

So nice.

Banff and Lake Louise today. Yoho National Park tonight.

Cheers,

Morphet

Gotta love the cliché!

We had to set a 20km limit. 'No stopping for pics unless we've travelled at least 20 km from the last one'. Didn't work.

The drive down to Waterton was our first up close and personal with the mountains.

My neck really does ache from trying to take it all in.
